Mr. Den started his professional career in Andersen Consulting’s Headquarters in Chicago, IL in 1992, where he was trained to use information technology to empower the worlds’ best investment banks including Goldman Sachs (New York) and Merrill Lynch (Tokyo). Later he joined Tudor Investment Corporation in Connecticut and was dispatched to Tokyo to establish Tudor’s Japanese subsidiary. After successfully launching the Japan operation, Mr. Den concentrated on the fund’s venture capital business, and supported various US technology ventures to enter the Japanese market.
Through his experience in venture business he discovered his passion in consumer business, and decided to build a solid foundation by going back to school. After graduating with an MBA degree Mr. Den joined P&G and started from the bottom as an Assistant Brand Manager, and spent years in developing products and marketing concepts for the premium skincare brand SK-II. Since then he served as Brand Manager of Aramis & Designer’s Fragrances in Estee Lauder, Business Development Director in L’Oreal China, and General Manager, Luxury Brand Division of Jala Group (China).
Mr. Den joined Pola Orbis Holdings in 2014 to lead the group’s global expansion efforts. Since then he has held various positions including Chief Global Officer, interim CEO of H2O+ (US), and director for Pola K. K., Jurlique, etc.
